But while going after someone's 13 year old daughter is messed up, these guys don't deserve to be humiliated on T.V. over it. No crime was committed. It's just as bad as when they publish pictures of accused rapists before they're convicted... people never forget that stuff. Who knows maybe they would have felt bad about it and turned back before sex, we'll never find out.

Some of the stuff the guy's do over the internet is illegal too, so it's like already too late for them by the time they get to the house.

It's pretty much like, tieing up someone's family member, threatening to kill them. Then giving them a loaded gun.

And finally, when they shoot the person, charging THEM for murder.

Except like... nothing like that.

No one is holding the pedophile's family hostage. No one is threatening them. These are people who are on the internet actively seeking out minors who make the choice to go meet a minor with the intention to have sex.

And then it turns out to be the police and they get arrested. They're clearly pedophiles with the intent to have sex with children. Arresting them keeps them from actually getting a real kid.
